These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website, www.antique-glassart.co.uk  Please note that by accessing this website and / or placing an order, you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions and therefore using our website indicates that you accept these terms.(And our price excludes VAT).

 

Delivery Charges

We currently only post to the UK. All orders are posted within 48 hrs by Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48, depending on the weight of your order. Delivery is calculated based on weight and size, So you can order as much as you like and the postage will not go any higher than that.

Returns Policy

You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price excluding delivery charge within 14 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting the main store by phone or email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference. Also we will give you the address to post the goods direct back to us.

If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
